Keto Air Fryer Zucchini Fries

The Keto Air Fryer Zucchini Fries are the best there is. These are my favourite healthy, perfectly seasoned, and delicious alternative to French fries if you’ve been looking. They’re just that fantastic.

Components

  1. two medium-sized courgette
  2. One big egg, beaten
  3. Half a cup of coconut flour or almond flour
  4. Half a cup of grated Parmesan cheese
  5. One tsp of Italian spice
  6. one tsp powdered garlic
  7. One tsp of kosher salt
  8. half a teaspoon of pepper, black

Guidelines

  • Slice your zucchini first, then cut it into matchstick-sized pieces.
  • Mix the flour, black pepper, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, and grated Parmesan cheese in a big bowl. Add the eggs to a second small (shallow) bowl and whisk them with a fork.
  • Dredge the zucchini in the egg wash (combination of eggs) and then in the flour mixture to coat it crispy.
  • To ensure that your coated zucchini sticks crisp up, arrange them in the air fryer basket in a single layer, giving them plenty of room around them. For optimal results, mist them with olive oil spray, cook at 400 degrees F for 8 to 10 minutes, and flip them halfway through.
