Lime & Cinnamon Health Drink Recipe

Components:
- One cup of hot water
- one fresh lime’s juice
- Half a teaspoon of powdered cinnamon
- One tsp honey or a sugar substitute (optional)
Guidelines:
- Heat the water: Bring a cup of water to a simmer, but do not let it boil.
- Add lime juice: Zest one fresh lime and squeeze its juice into the hot water.
