MUG MEALS
1. A mug of pizza
- – One tablespoon of flour
- – One-half tsp baking powder
- – 1/4 tsp baking soda
- – One spoonful of mozzarella cheese
- – One spoonful of milk
- – One-half teaspoon of oil
- – One tablespoon of pizza sauce
- – Toppers (such as onions, bell peppers, and pepperoni)
Combine ingredients; add toppings and sauce; microwave for two minutes.
2. A Mug of Omelets
- – Two eggs
- – One tablespoon of bell pepper, diced
- – One tablespoon of finely chopped spinach
- – One tablespoon of cheese or gammon, chopped
- To taste, add salt and pepper.
Stir together ingredients and eggs; microwave for 2 to 3 minutes, then check with a fork.
3. Pancakes in a cup
- – One tablespoon of butter, melted
- – One spoonful of milk
- – One tablespoon of flour
- – One-half tsp baking powder
- – One-half teaspoon of sugar
- – One-fourth teaspoon pure vanilla extract
Stir together, microwave for one to two minutes, and then add fruit and syrup on top.
4. Bread Pudding in Mugs
- – Half a cup of bread pieces, such as whole wheat or white.
- – One egg
- – One spoonful of milk
- – One-fourth teaspoon pure vanilla extract
- – One spoonful of sugar
- One or two chocolate chips
Blend components, transfer into mug, heat for one or two minutes, and then cover with chocolate.
5. Macaroni and Cheese Mug
- – 1/4 cup macaroni elbow
- – 1/4 cup of water
- – One-fourth cup milk
- – Two tablespoons of cheese, shredded
Microwave pasta for one to two minutes, then add cheese and milk, and cook for an additional thirty seconds.
6. Chocolate Cake in a Mug
- – One tablespoon of powdered unsweetened cocoa
- – One spoonful of sugar
- – One tablespoon of flour
- – One-half spoonful of milk
- – One-fourth teaspoon pure vanilla extract
- – One tablespoon of chocolate chips
Combine ingredients, heat for one to two minutes, and savor!
