Uncle Ben’s converted rice is what we always used for the stuffing, although you can omit the mushrooms. INGREDIENTS FOR STUFFED CABBAGE ROLL RECIPE

  1. Use two smaller heads of cabbage or one large head (about three pounds).
  2. One tablespoon of extra virgin olive oil
  3. one cup of finely chopped onion
  4. two minced garlic cloves
  5. One and a half cups of coarsely chopped, big mushrooms
  6. One pound of ground steak
  7. 3/4 cup of raw long-grain rice (white or brown)
  8. 1/4 cup of finely chopped parsley
  9. One cup of canned tomato puree or Pomi strained tomatoes
  10. One and a half tsp salt and pepper, to taste
  11. Meals, 3/4 cup (beef) cabbage water, or mix it with a few remaining tomatoes to make 3/4 cup.)

GUIDELINES FOR STUFFED CABBAGE ROLL

  • Heat up a big saucepan of water until it boils. Remove the cabbage’s center core and set it, core side down, in boiling water. Simmer for ten minutes with a lid on.
  • Simmer the cabbage for 3 to 5 minutes, or until the onion and garlic are browned. Heat the oil in the skillet over medium-high heat. Sauté the mushrooms for an additional two minutes. To cool, transfer mixture to a big bowl.
  • While leaving the water in the saucepan, remove the cabbage to a rimmed baking sheet. Using a tiny knife, carefully cut away from the core of the cabbage to remove the leaves. Save the top 16 intact leaves and trim the thick core spine for simpler rolling. Place all broken or tiny items aside.Leave aside the tiny cabbage leaves. (If the center is extremely hard, put it back in the boiling water for a short while to soften.)
  • Set oven temperature to 350°F.
  • Add the meat, raw rice, parsley, tomato, salt, and pepper to the cooled onion mixture. Mix thoroughly.
  • Fill each leaf to approximately 1/4 cup, roll, and set seam side down in a 13 by 9-inch pan. Drizzle with the remaining leaf mixture and serve the rolls. Bake the pan for 1 1/2 hours with the foil securely covering it. (In case it drops, place the pan on a cookie sheet.)
  • Take out of the oven, allow to cool for thirty minutes, or better yet, leave overnight in the refrigerator. (They freeze nicely.)

MILK BRIOCHE ROLLS

Ingredients:

  1. 2 1/4 teaspoons active dry yeast (1 packet),
  2. 2 cups all-purpose flour,
  3. 2 tablespoons granulated sugar,
  4. and 1 teaspoon salt.
  5. Half a cup of heated milk (about 45°C/110°F).
  6. –Two big eggs, defrosted.
  7. 1/4 cup softened unsalted butter

Applying cooking spray or oil to the air fryer basket to grease it

 

Instructions:

1. Combine the warm milk and active dry yeast in a large mixing dish. Until the yeast starts to foam, let it sit for about five minutes.

2. Fill the basin with the yeast mixture and add the flour, sugar, salt, eggs, and softened butter.

3.Mix the ingredients with a wooden spoon or the dough hook attachment on a stand mixer until a soft dough forms.

4. Using a lightly floured surface, knead the dough for five to seven minutes.It gets elastic and silky.

5.Roll the dough into a ball and transfer to a basin that has been oiled. Place a clean kitchen towel or plastic wrap over the bowl, and let the dough rise in a warm location until it has doubled in size, about one to two hours.

6. Punch down the dough and divide it into eight equal halves after it has risen. Make a ball out of each part.

7. Take around three minutes to preheat your air fryer to 325°F (160°C).

8. Apply a thin layer of frying spray or oil to the air fryer basket.

9. Drop the dough balls into the air fryer basket that has been greased, allowing room for each roll to expand.

10. Use an air fryer to cook the rolls at 325°F, or 160°C.for ten to twelve minutes, or until well cooked and golden brown. Depending on how big your air fryer is, you might have to work in batches.

11.Before serving, move the cooked rolls to a wire rack to cool slightly.

12. Top the warm milk brioche buns from the air fryer with your preferred toppings or butter.

These tasty and simple-to-make nougat bars only require four ingredients. These bars are ideal for a quick snack or dessert, and people of all ages will love them! Everyone will be begging for more when they taste the exquisite blend of crunchy cereal, creamy melting chocolate, and sweet and chewy nougat.

Components

  1. Two tiny marshmallow bundles
  2. TWO TBS melted butter
  3. Two boxes of white chocolate chips
  4. One-quarter cup of red and green gumdrops

How to Make Nougat Bars with Four Ingredients
step 1:

  1. Chop the gumdrops in half.
  2. Make sure there is enough parchment paper hanging over the sides of the baking dish before layering it with it.
  3. On the stove, bring a pot of water to a boil.

Step 2:

  1. The second step is to cover the first pot with water with a heat-resistant dish or another pan.
  2. Add the butter, white chocolate chips, and small marshmallows to the top dish.
  3. Melt the materials in the pan using a double boiler or similar method.

A delightful pasta dish with creamy shrimp and chicken tossed in a flavorful wine sauce, packed full of goodness. This recipe is reminiscent of one from a well-known steakhouse that I won’t name. Be a “chicken” and give it a shot!

INGREDIENTS

  1. One spoonful of powdered garlic
  2. One-half tsp poultry spice
  3. 1/4 tsp cayenne pepper, or according to taste
  4. 1/2 tsp finely ground white pepper
  5. 1/4 teaspoon powdered onion
  6. two tsp butter
  7. One cup of heavy cream
  8. Half a cup of milk
  9. One pound of spaghetti
  10. One tablespoon of olive oil
  11. Four deboned and skinless chicken breasts
  12. Eight ounces of shrimp
  13. Three tsp finely grated Romano cheese

Guidelines

  • In a small bowl, stir together the onion powder, cayenne pepper, white pepper, garlic powder, and poultry seasoning. Split the spice mixture in half.
  • In a small skillet over low heat, melt butter. Add half of the spice combination, cream, and milk and whisk slowly. Simmer on low heat for a little more, stirring often, until the sauce has thickened and reduced to the desired consistency. Take off the heat and place aside.
  • Set a grill’s temperature to high.
  • Meanwhile, heat up a big pot of water that has been lightly salted to a boil. Boil pasta for 8 to 10 minutes, or until al dente. Empty and place aside.
  • In a big skillet, heat the olive oil over medium-high heat.  Put the chicken breasts in the skillet and cook for 16 to 20 minutes, or until the chicken is no longer pink in the middle and the juices flow clear. Take off the heat and place aside.
  • Grill grate; lightly oil. Cook shrimp for 3 to 4 minutes on a hot grill, or until they become slightly opaque.
  • Present every chicken breast over linguine with cooked shrimp on top. Ladle on plenty of cream sauce. Put some Romano cheese on top.
