Half a teaspoon of salt - A half-tsp black pepper

- One tiny green bell pepper, cut thinly
- Shredded mozzarella or provolone cheese, one cup (100g)
- ten to twelve egg roll wrappers
- vegetable-based frying oil
- Optional dipping sauces include ranch, spicy mayo, and cheese sauce.
Guidelines:
Get the beef ready:
- Add salt and pepper to the ribeye steak to season it.
- In a skillet set over medium-high heat, warm up 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil.

Put the Egg Rolls Together:

- Put some shredded cheese, sautéed veggies, and thinly sliced steak in the middle of the wrapper.
- Roll it securely after folding the bottom corner over the filling and the sides in. Seal the upper corner with a small amount of water.
Deep-Fry the Egg Rolls:
- In a deep frying pan, heat up to 2 inches of vegetable oil to 350°F/175°C.
