simply savory ground beef
Components:
- 450g/1 pound of ground beef
- One little onion, chopped
- two minced garlic cloves
- One tsp salt
- One-half teaspoon of black pepper
- One tsp of paprika
- One teaspoon of Italian seasoning or dried oregano
- Half a cup of water or beef broth (optional, to provide moisture)
- Olive oil (if necessary, optional)
Guidelines:
Melt the Conflict:
- Heat some olive oil in a big skillet over medium heat (you might not even need oil if your beef is lean). Add the chopped onion and simmer for 3–4 minutes, or until softened.
Include garlic:
- Add the minced garlic and stir. Cook for one more minute, or until fragrant.
Prepare the Beef:
- To the skillet, add the ground meat. Using a spatula, break it apart and sauté for 5 to 7 minutes, or until it is browned and cooked through. When necessary, drain extra fat.
The season
- Add the oregano, paprika, pepper, and salt and stir. Add the water or beef broth if you would like a little extra moisture. Allow it to gently cook for several minutes to blend the flavors.
Serve:
- Savor the flavorful ground beef in salads, tacos, and over rice. You can also use it in your favorite recipes.
This is a very adaptable recipe that comes together quickly and can be tailored to your preferred sauces or spices. Have fun!
