The Most Straightforward Boneless chicken
Components
- 3–4 pounds of chicken without any bones
- One sizeable onion My preference is for Vidalia or sweet onion.
- Olive oil, two tablespoons’ worth
- granulated garlic, one teaspoon’s worth
- The powdered onion, one teaspoon
- 1 teaspoon of ground black pepper
- One milligrams of salt
- 3.5 milligrams of paprika
- 2 cups of broth Although I like chicken broth, any other type of broth would do.

- In order to prepare your slow cooker, spray the bottom and sides with cooking spray.
- Chop your onion into slices that are shaped like circles.
On top of the onions, arrange your pork loin with the fat side facing up. - Olive oil should be drizzled over the pork loin before it is cooked.
- Garlic, onion powder, black pepper, salt, and paprika should be sprinkled over the pork loin before cooking. You should give it a brief rub to ensure that the spices are dispersed evenly throughout the dish.
- The bottom of the slow cooker should be filled with two cups of broth.
- Put the lid on your slow cooker and cook the chicken on LOW for six hours or on HIGH for four hours according to your preference. With a meat thermometer, the interior temperature of your meat should read at 145 degrees Fahrenheit after cooking.
