Zucchini and Oatmeal Bites with Parmesan
Parts and pieces:
- Two tiny zucchini
- One teaspoon of salted butter
- Two eggs
- One cup of muesli
- One hundred grammes of Parmesan cheese
- Dry garlic, to taste (optional)

First, grate the two tiny zucchinis. This is the first step in instruction.
- After the zucchini has been grated, place it in a bowl and add one teaspoon of salt to it. It should be let to sit for ten minutes.
- After ten minutes, you should use a clean kitchen towel or paper towels to press out any extra moisture that may have been present in the shredded zucchini.

- Grate one hundred grammes of Parmesan cheese and add it to the combination that consists of the zucchini and the muesli.

Add two eggs to the mixture, and to taste, add fresh garlic that has been dried off. To make a batter, thoroughly combine all of the ingredients.
- Preheat your oven to 200 degrees Celsius (400 degrees Fahrenheit).
- Using a spoon or your hands, form the mixture into bite-sized chunks or patties, and then set them on a baking sheet that has been prepared with parchment paper.
- The bites made with zucchini and muesli should be baked in an oven that has been warmed for approximately twenty minutes, or until they have a golden brown color and a crisp texture.
