The flavour is enhanced when a substantial amount of ice cream or a light dusting of powdered sugar is sprinkled on top of it.
MIXER IS NOT REQUIRED, WHICH IS ESSENTIAL TO SUCCESS
- There is no need for an electric mixer while preparing these Chocolate Lava Cakes that are baked in an Air Fryer.
- Once the butter and chocolate have melted, add the other ingredients and use a spoon to completely combine them all together.
- Before proceeding, mix in the powdered sugar.
- This will give the chocolate mixture time to cool down before you continue with the process of incorporating the eggs.
- It is possible that you may end up with scrambled eggs if you go ahead and put the eggs directly into the hot chocolate mixture.
- The flour and salt will be added after the eggs have been added. Simply mix the flour until it is completely incorporated.
