AIR FRYER CHOCOLATE LAVA CAKE

AIR FRYER CHOCOLATE LAVA CAKE

A delicious air fryer dessert that is oozing with chocolate flavor is Air Fryer Chocolate Lava Cake. You’ll wonder where the molten chocolate center has been all your life because it’s so smooth and delectable. It tastes great with a generous dollop of ice cream or a dusting of powdered sugar on top.

ESSENTIAL TO SUCCESS  NO MIXER NEEDED

  • For making these Air Fryer Chocolate Lava Cakes, an electric mixer is not necessary.
  • Once the butter and chocolate have melted, add the remaining ingredients and mix thoroughly with a spoon.
  • Stir in the powdered sugar first. This will allow the chocolate mixture to cool down before you incorporate the eggs.
  • If you add the eggs straight into the hot chocolate mixture, you might end up with scrambled eggs.
  • You will add the flour and salt after the eggs. Just stir to fully incorporate the flour.

  5. three yolks from eggs

  • Combine butter and broken chocolate bits in a large microwave-safe bowl. Stir thoroughly and microwave on high power for 30 seconds at a time, or until chocolate is melted and mixture is smooth.
  • Take out of the microwave and thoroughly mix in the powdered sugar. Pour in the vanilla, eggs, and egg yolks. Mix thoroughly.
  • Add the flour and salt and gently fold until just incorporated. Spoon evenly into the ramekins.
