The family enjoyed this delicious chocolate bundt cake that was baked in an air fryer.
Components
CHOCOLATE CAKE:
- two large eggs and two cups sugar
- 1 3/4 cups flour (all-purpose)
- 3/4 cup chocolate powder, unsweetened
- One tsp baking powder
- One tsp baking soda
- One cup of buttermilk
- one-half cup of vegetable oil
- Two tsp finely ground vanilla
- One cup of hot water and one teaspoon of salt
FROSTING WITH CHOCOLATE:
- 1/2 cup butter
- 1/3 cup of cocoa powder without sugar
- Three cups of powdered sugar
- one-third cup milk
- Two tsp finely ground vanilla
Guidelines
- Begin by creaming the sugar and eggs. Add the flour, baking soda, baking powder, cocoa powder, salt, buttermilk, oil, vanilla extract, and boiling water and stir to combine.
- Blend thoroughly.
- Next, grease your bundt cake pan, being sure to coat the edges thoroughly. (You are welcome to use non-stick cooking spray; I chose olive oil.)
- Preheat the air fryer to 320 degrees Fahrenheit and cook for 12 minutes.
- Verify that it is cooked through; if not, give it a few more minutes.
- Allow to cool. Once it cools fully, frost and prepare the icing.IN ORDER TO FROST:
- Mix the powdered sugar, butter, and cocoa powder in a small bowl. After making sure everything is completely combined, add the milk and vanilla and stir until smooth.
Can Bundt cake be frozen?
- Yes, practically any cake can be frozen. Additionally, you can just freeze this chocolate cake since it is standard. Allow it to come to room temperature before freezing it, and then either wrap it in saran wrap or put it in an airtight container.
- It will continue for two to three months.
- When ready to use, remove the cake from the freezer and let it thaw on the counter.
- Changes:
- Sprinkle some powdered sugar on top.
- Add some chopped pecans or walnuts.
- Accompany with a scoop of vanilla gelato.
