Components

  1.  One package of yellow cake mix
  2. One cup of sour cream
  3. Four large eggs
  4. and 3/4 cup vegetable oil
  5. Half a cup of brown sugar
  6. One tablespoon of cinnamon powder
  7. 1/2 cup optionally chopped pecans

Icing Components:

  1. One cup of sugar powder
  2. a half-tspoon of whole milk
  3. One tsp vanilla essence

Guidelines

  • Mix the eggs, sour cream, vegetable oil, and yellow cake mix in a sizable mixing dish. Mix until smooth and fully mixed.
  • In a different small bowl, thoroughly combine the ground cinnamon and brown sugar.
  • Half the cake batter should be poured into the bottom of a baking pan or dish that is safe to use in an air fryer. Partially cover the batter with half of the cinnamon sugar mixture. Continue with the remaining batter and mixture of cinnamon sugar.
  • To create a marbled effect, gently swirl the cinnamon sugar mixture into the cake batter using a knife or skewer.
  • If you would like, top the cake mixture with chopped pecans for flavor and crunch.
  • Put the dish or baking pan into the air fryer basket that has been warmed. For 30-35 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean, air fried the cake at 325°F (160°C).
