Cheese Breakfast Muffins There’s no denying the allure of starting your day with a substantial, home-cooked meal. It is like repeating a treasured custom with a focus on health.
Today’s dish combines modern wellness with the historical simplicity: Gruyere cheese and beef paired with low-carb egg bites. Imagine this: rich, gruyere cheese-covered, crackling beef entwined with luxuriously fluffy, velvety eggs.
It’s a lovely breakfast treat that provides comfort without the heavy feeling that comes with most conventional meals. With a reference to French cuisine, these egg nibbles are perfect for a quick breakfast on the go or a relaxed brunch in your backyard haven.
Ingredients For Cheese Breakfast Muffins:
- Two cups of all-purpose flour
- One-third tsp baking powder
- Half a teaspoon of salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- One cup shredded cheese, either mozzarella, cheddar, or your preferred kind
- 1/4 cup of Parmesan cheese, grated
- One cup of milk
- 1/4 cup melted unsalted butter
- Two big eggs
- Half a cup of cooked beef chopped.
- 1/4 cup green onions, cut finely (optional)
- Cooking oil or spray to coat the air fryer basket
Instructions For Cheese Breakfast Muffins:
- For three to five minutes, preheat your air fryer to 350°F (175°C).
- Mix the flour, baking powder, salt, and black pepper in a large mixing basin.
- Once the grated cheese and Parmesan cheese are well mixed into the flour mixture, stir them in.
- Beat the eggs, melted butter, and milk together thoroughly in a separate basin.
- After adding the wet components to the dry ingredients, mix just until incorporated. The batter should be lumpy, so be cautious not to overmix.
- Gently mix green onions and beef.
- Apply cooking spray or oil to the air fryer basket and lightly coat it.
- Fill each compartment of the air fryer basket roughly two thirds full with batter by spooning it in. Depending on how big your air fryer is, you might have to work in batches.
- After the air fryer has heated up, place the full basket inside. Bake for 12 to 15 minutes at 350°F/175°C, or until a toothpick inserted into the centre comes out clean and the muffins are golden brown.
- When the muffins are finished, gently take them out of the air fryer and allow them to cool before serving.
