Baked Cottage Cheese Eggs
Components:
Items required:
- Lays: six large eggs
- Cottage Approximately 450 grams, or two cups, of cheese
- One cup of grated sharp cheddar cheese (about 100 grams)
- 1/4 cup of grated parmesan cheese
- 1/4 cup flour, or around 30 grams
- Two teaspoons of melted butter (30 milliliters)
- Five milliliters, or one teaspoon, of baking powder
- Sal: 2.5 milliliters, or half a teaspoon.
- For around 25 grams, or 1/4 cup, chopped green onions
- Chop some fresh parsley for the garnish.
- Garnish with red pepper flakes if desired.

Warm up and prepare:
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) to start. Lightly grease a nine by nine-inch baking dish.
- Put the base together:
- Mix everything together.
- the eggs in a big bowl and mix them together with a whisk. Mix the cottage cheese, baking powder, melted butter, cheddar, Parmesan, and flour together.
- Enhance the flavor:
- Add the chopped green onions and toss to combine. Turn the mixture out onto the heated baking dish.
- Place the dish in an oven that has been preheated, and bake it for 35 to 40 minutes, or until the top is golden and the middle hardens.
- Before slicing, serve garnished and allow it rest for a short while. You can garnish it with some fresh parsley and red pepper flakes if you’d like.
