Grandma’s Italian Yogurt Cake

Components
- : Three eggs
- One jar of sugar (70g),
- one pot of yogurt (125g),
- and half a jar of milk (70ml)
- About 3/4 of an 80ml oil jar
- Four 270g jars of all-purpose flour
- and eleven grams of baking powder
- – 3 to 4 teaspoons of raisins
- – One apple
- – Lemon zest and juice
- – Grain sugar
- Pan for cakes (22–24 cm)
Guidelines:
1. Beat the eggs in a basin. Add milk, sugar, oil, flour, baking powder, and yogurt. Blend well.
2. Stir in the lemon juice, zest, raisins, and chopped apple.
3. Transfer batter to a cake pan that has been oiled.
4. For a delicious crunch, sprinkle some grain sugar on top.
5. Cook at 35–40 minutes at 180°C, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
6. Allow it to cool before applying marmalade or jam on top.
