Heavenly Blueberry Cream Pie
Ingredients:
- 1 tablespoon sugar; 4 big eggs
- A small amount of salt
- 400ml of milk and 180g of flour
- 30 grams of melted butter
- Four hundred grams of cream cheese
- 2-4 tablespoons of sugar powder (to taste)
- 200ml (33–36%) of thick cream
- One hundred grams of blueberries
Guidelines:
- Beat eggs, sugar, and a small amount of salt together.
- Add the milk and flour gradually and stir until smooth.
- After adding the melted butter, give the dough ten minutes to rest.
- Turn the oven on to 190°C.
- Spoon the reconstituted dough into a baking dish and bake until golden, 25 to 30 minutes.
- Beat cream cheese and powdered sugar until creamy in a another bowl.
- Fold the heavy cream into the cream cheese mixture after whipping it until stiff peaks form.
- Cover the chilled pie shell with the cream mixture.
Add some fresh blueberries on top.
