No-Bake Napoleon Cake Recipe
Components:
- two eggs
- 100 grams of sugar
- Ten grams of vanilla sugar
- 4 tablespoons flour, gradually added
- two tsp of starch
- 800 milliliters of milk
- 80 grams of butter
- 500g biscuits made with puff pastry
Guidelines:
- Beat together 2 eggs, 100g sugar, and 10g vanilla sugar in a bowl until thoroughly blended.
- Add 2 teaspoons of starch and 4 tablespoons of flour gradually while mixing until smooth.
- Heat 800ml of milk in a saucepan over a medium heat.
- Allow it simmer for one to two minutes while stirring continuously once it boils.
- Stirring constantly, slowly pour the egg mixture into the heated milk.
- When the mixture begins to thicken, whisk add 80g of butter and keep stirring. It shouldn’t be very dense.
Put cling film over an 18cm shape.
- Starting with the Napoleon cake, stack the puff pastry.
- Cream and biscuits in turn. Take a bite out of the biscuits first.
- Layering the biscuits continues until they are all used.
- Chill the Napoleon cake for the entire night.
