Unbelievably Delicious Chicken by a French Chef
This delicious chicken meal, fresh from the kitchen of a French chef, will wow you.
Ingredients: –
- Six legs of chicken
- – 600 g (1 lb 8 oz) cubed potatoes
- – 1 finely chopped onion
- – Butter
- – 2 minced garlic cloves
300 grams (10 ounces) of sliced button mushrooms - ; 2 tablespoons of flour;
- and half a glass of white wine
- – Olive oil 🫒
- – One glass of water or chicken broth
- – Two bay leaves –
- Chopped fresh parsley
- – Salt and pepper
Guidelines:
- 1. Sprinkle salt and pepper on the chicken legs.
- 2. Heat butter and olive oil in a big pan.
- 3. Sear chicken legs until both sides are golden brown. Take out and place aside.
- 4. Add the chopped onion, garlic, and mushrooms to the same pan. Sauté the food until it becomes tender.
- 5. Dust the mixture with flour. and allow it to simmer for two minutes.
- 6. Add the white wine and whisk until a small reduction in volume occurs.
- 7. Return the chicken legs to the pan with the water or chicken broth, bay leaves, and chopped potatoes.
- 8. Once the chicken and potatoes are well cooked, cover and simmer for 30 to 35 minutes.
- 9. Add fresh parsley as a garnish.
- 10. Serve hot and enjoy the French tastes.
