How to Get the Best Chicken and Potatoes in an Air Fryer:
- Thighs of chicken: When you use bone-in, skin-on chicken legs, the chicken will be more juicy and flavorful. You can also use chicken breasts or drumsticks, but the cooking times will need to be changed.
- For even cooking, cut the potatoes into pieces that are all the same size. You can leave the skin on to keep it healthy and add structure.
- Seasoning: You can change the spices to your liking. To change things up, you can add smoked paprika, Italian spice, or even a little Parmesan cheese.
- Make sure it’s done: Before you serve the chicken thighs, make sure they hit a safe internal temperature of 165°F (74°C) using a meat thermometer.
- Various forms: Shred veggies like onions, bell peppers, or carrots and put them in the air fryer basket. This will make a full meal at once.
- Storage: Any food that is left over can be kept in the fridge for up to three days in a sealed container. Put it back in the air fryer and heat it up for a few minutes more.
- Any day of the week, you can make this simple and tasty chicken and potato recipe in the air fryer.
