Keeping Air Fryer Carrots After Use
- To store for the week: If kept in an airtight container, these carrots will keep for three to four days in the refrigerator.
- These air fryer carrots are properly seasoned, crispy on the outside, tender on the inside, and cooked in just 10 minutes!
- And there is the allure of veggies cooked in an air fryer.
- Reheat by either heating in the microwave for 30 seconds or by air-frying for a few minutes at 360°F.
- To freeze: Place the carrots in a freezer-safe bag or container and freeze for up to three months. Before reheating the following day, let them thaw in the refrigerator that evening.
INGREDIENTS
- ¼ teaspoon freshly ground black pepper;
- 1 pound of peeled and sliced carrots;
- 1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil;
- 1 teaspoon dried thyme;
- 1 teaspoon kosher salt;
INSTRUCTIONS
- Combine. Combine the carrots, oil, thyme, salt, and pepper in a big mixing basin.
- The carrots are air-fried. Place the carrots in the air fryer’s basket. If you wish to achieve a single layer, you may need to work in batches, depending on the size of your air fryer. Adjust the heat to 375°F (190°C) and cook, shaking the basket halfway through, for 8 to 10 minutes.
