Ingredients:
- 8 ounces of thinly sliced and peeled peaches
- One-third cup tapioca flour
- Two ounces of condensed, sweetened coconut milk
- One-fourth cup brown sugar
- 1/4 cup of oats
- Two tsp of almond flour
- 1/8 teaspoon of nutmeg
- sprinkle of cinnamon
- Half a teaspoon of extract from vanilla
- Two tablespoons of butter without dairy
Instructions:
- Give a dish that is safe for the oven a mild oil spraying.
- Mix tapioca flour with peaches until they are well covered.
- After adding the condensed milk, stir everything together.
- Put the peaches in the casserole dish. In a large mixing bowl, add the remaining ingredients. Using a fork, stir until crumbly.
- Top the peaches with a little sprinkle.
- Put dish in basket of air fryer.
- Simmer for six minutes at 390 degrees until bubbling and golden.
Notes:
- Condensed coconut milk and dairy-free butter are used to make this recipe dairy-free. Gluten-free oats are used to make it gluten-free.
- This dish is best served warm, but if you have leftovers, store them in the refrigerator for up to three days in an airtight container. Warm up again to serve.
- If you are using thicker or frozen peach slices, heat them for a further two to four minutes after the six-minute mark.
