METHOD:

  3. The dough should be placed in a medium bowl along with one tablespoon of either vegetable or olive oil. The ball of dough should be coated with the oil, and then the bowl should be wrapped in plastic wrap or a clean kitchen towel. Finally, the bowl should be placed in a warm location until the dough has about doubled in size.
  4. Punch down the dough when it has doubled in size to remove any trapped air. The dough should be rolled into balls after being divided into twelve equal portions.
