Air Fryer Rolls

These air fryer rolls are an easy method to cook dinner rolls in the air fryer to perfection with only a few simple ingredients.

INGREDIENTS

  1. A quarter-teaspoon of Rapid Rise Yeast One packet
  2. and ¼ cup of warm water
  3. Two cups of all-purpose flour
  4. Two teaspoons of sugar, granulated
  5. ½ cup milk
  6. and ½ teaspoon salt

INSTRUCTIONS

  • Pour warm water into bowl and add the yeast.
  • Give the yeast three to five minutes to swell in the warm water.
  • Add the flour, sugar, milk, butter, and salt once the yeast has begun to active.
  • Gently stir in the ingredients until fully blended and just beginning to flake
  •  Place the dough onto surface dusted with flour, knead it until it becomes smooth, then form it into ball.
  • Put the dough in medium-sized bowl and add one tablespoon of vegetable or olive oil to it. Apply oil to the dough ball, cover the bowl with plastic wrap or fresh kitchen towel, and put it in warm location until the dough has risen to nearly double its original size.
  • Punch down to remove air once the dough has doubled in size. Roll the dough into balls by dividing it into 12 equal halves. After misting the basket with cooking spray, place each roll separately into a pan or straight into it.
  • Brush the rolls’ tops with egg wash. Bake the rolls for 8 to 10 minutes at 320 degrees Fahrenheit in the air fryer, or until the tops are golden brown.

NOTES:

  • Arrange the rolls in the basket in a single layer if you are making them separately.
  • Make sure the rolls are done by looking at the bottom of them. Add a few minutes to the frying time if the bottoms are not fully set, or flip the rolls over before extending the cooking time.
