- One and a half pounds of fish
- One butter lettuce head
- One cup cooked white rice

Guidelines
- After lining your air fryer with parchment paper, add your salmon and season with black pepper and salt. Preheat the air fryer to 400 degrees F. Cook for 8 to 10 minutes, or until the food is easily flaked.
- Place the flaked salmon in a medium-sized bowl and put it aside. Combine one tablespoon of water and cornstarch in a to create the cornstarch slurry, use a small bowl. Put aside. Prepare the sauce with teriyaki: Combine all the ingredients for the teriyaki sauce (except from the slurry) in a small pot and whisk until well blended.
