The flavour combination of salmon, cornmeal, and savoury spices is excellent in these Southern Fried Salmon Patties. These patties are delicate on the inside and crispy on the exterior, making them ideal for a fast dinner. They maintain their flavour and moisture thanks to the mayonnaise. They taste just as good but are healthier when made in an air fryer!
