ingredients
- Boiled and mashed potatoes
- 2 cloves of garlic,
- finely chopped 2 egg yolks
- Cheddar or mozzarella cheese for stuffing
- Salt and black pepper to taste
- Oil for frying
- Bread crumbs (crushed cake)
- Chopped parsley
INSTRUCTIONS
- To make Cheesy Potato Fingers, thoroughly combine the mashed potatoes, egg yolks, garlic, salt, and pepper in a large basin.
- Form the mixture into tiny discs, then insert a piece of cheese into each, sealing it shut.
- -Coat the filled discs with bread crumbs after dipping them in beaten egg.

- After using paper towels to absorb extra oil, put parsley on top.
