Family-Favorite Dinner Recipe

This recipe is so excellent that my family always had it for supper!

Components:

  1. 500 milliliters of milk
  2. two eggs

Gravy:

  1. 130ml water, 5g salt
  2. , 220g flour,
  3. and 20g vegetable oil
  4. 500g of beef mince
  5. One hundred grams of onion
  6. One red bell pepper, weighing 120 grams
  7. two cloves of finely chopped garlic
  8. 30 grams of ketchup
  9. three grams of salt
  10. thirty grams of soy sauce
  11. To taste, add black pepper.

White Sauce:

  1. 30 grams of butter
  2. 30 grams of flour
  3. 500 milliliters of milk
  4. three grams of salt
  5. Cheese from mozzarella (topping)

Guidelines:

Regarding the Batter:

  1. Mix 500ml milk, 2 eggs, 130ml water, and 5g salt together in a bowl.
  2. 220g of flour should be added gradually until the batter is smooth.
  3. Add 20g vegetable oil and stir.

Regarding the Gravy:

  • Fry 500g of minced beef till browned in a pan.
  • Include 100g of chopped onion and 120g of chopped red bell pepper and two cloves of minced garlic. Sauté the veggies until they are soft.
  • Add 30g soy sauce, 3g salt, and 30g ketchup and stir.
  • To taste, add black pepper for seasoning.

Regarding the White Sauce:

  • 30g of butter should be melted in a separate pan.
  • Stir in 30g flour and heat, stirring, until a light roux forms.
  • Stir in 3g salt and 500ml of milk gradually. Simmer the sauce until it gets thick.

Put Together:

  • Layer the batter, then the gravy and white sauce in an ovenproof dish.
  • Add some mozzarella cheese on top.
  • Preheat the oven and bake until the top is bubbling and golden brown.
  • Enjoy your family’s favorite supper, served hot!
