- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- One teaspoon sugar
- one package (2 1/4 teaspoons) of active dry yeast
- two thirds cup of warm water
- two tablespoons of olive oil
- four minced garlic cloves
- two tablespoons of chopped fresh parsley and optional butter for brushing
