Layered Taco Pie

THE INGREDIENTS

  1. A can of refried beans,
  2. 16 ounces, and one pound of ground beef
  3. the taco seasoning in one packet
  4. Water, half a cup
  5. 6 flour tortillas measuring 8 inches in diameter
  6. 2 cups of grated Mexican cheese to be used
    For the topping:
  7. The sour cream
  8. Olives are black.
  9. In a chopped form, iceberg lettuce
  10. Finely sliced tomatoes

THE READYING OF

  • Preheat the oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit and coat a springform pan measuring 8 inches with nonstick spray.
    Brown the ground beef in a large skillet and then drain it if it is necessary to do so.
  • Add the refried beans, taco seasoning, and water, and continue to simmer for approximately five minutes, or until the majority of the liquid has been absorbed.
  • Utilise a tortilla to line the bottom of the pan that has been prepared. Distribute one-fifth of the beef mixture in a uniform layer over the tortilla, and then sprinkle a quarter cup of the cheese over top. To finish, place a tortilla on top of the tortilla. Repeat the layers of tortilla, beef, and cheese.
  • Sprinkle the remaining cheese on top, and bake for approximately twenty minutes, or until the cheese has melted and turned a golden brown colour.
  • After allowing it to cool for five minutes, slice it and serve it. You can serve it with toppings if you like. Have fun!
