Buttercream ingredients:

Buttercream:

  • Beat the eggs and a little amount of vanilla essence together in a bowl until thoroughly blended.
  • Combine cornstarch and sugar in a separate basin.

    Dip each layer of cake into the sugar syrup.

  • After putting the second cake layer on top, use the leftover buttercream to cover the edges and top of the cake.
  • Drizzle the cake’s top with chocolate ganache, letting it run down the edges.
