The Magic of Fruit-Based Sweetness

Berries, apples, peaches, and other fruits are full of natural sugars that caramelise wonderfully when cooked, making them the ideal foundation for a sugar-free jam. We’ll concentrate on using berries in our recipe because of their strong flavour and antioxidant qualities, but you can experiment with other fruit options.

Ingredients:

  1. Two cups of berries, either frozen or fresh (blueberries, raspberries, or strawberries)
  2. a pair of teaspoons chia seeds
  3. One tablespoon of newly squeezed lemon juice

Guidelines:

  1. Prepare the Fruit: Rinse and cut the fresh berries if using them. Frozen berries can be used directly.
