Unbelievably Delicious Chicken by a French Chef

This delicious chicken meal, fresh from the kitchen of a French chef, will wow you.

Ingredients: –

  1. Six legs of chicken
  2. – 600 g (1 lb 8 oz) cubed potatoes
  3. – 1 finely chopped onion
  4. – Butter
  5. – 2 minced garlic cloves
    300 grams (10 ounces) of sliced button mushrooms
  6. ; 2 tablespoons of flour;
  7. and half a glass of white wine
  8. – Olive oil 🫒
  9. – One glass of water or chicken broth
  10. – Two bay leaves –
  11. Chopped fresh parsley
  12. – Salt and pepper

Guidelines:

  • 1. Sprinkle salt and pepper on the chicken legs.
  • 2. Heat butter and olive oil in a big pan.
  • 3. Sear chicken legs until both sides are golden brown. Take out and place aside.
  • 4. Add the chopped onion, garlic, and mushrooms to the same pan. Sauté the food until it becomes tender.
  • 5. Dust the mixture with flour. and allow it to simmer for two minutes.
  • 6. Add the white wine and whisk until a small reduction in volume occurs.
  • 7. Return the chicken legs to the pan with the water or chicken broth, bay leaves, and chopped potatoes.
  • 8. Once the chicken and potatoes are well cooked, cover and simmer for 30 to 35 minutes.
  • 9. Add fresh parsley as a garnish.
  • 10. Serve hot and enjoy the French tastes.
