Quick and Irresistible No-Bake Dessert Recipe

Ingredients:
- 28.5 ounces or 800 grams of milk
- Peel a lemon
- 10 grams (0.35 ounces) of vanilla sugar
- three eggs
- A hundred grams (3.57 ounces) of sugar
- 20 grams, or 0.714 ounces, of cornstarch
- For a garnish, ground cinnamon
Guidelines:
- 800g of milk, 10g of vanilla sugar, and lemon peel should all be combined in a pot. Bring it to a boil over high heat.
Separate the yolks from three eggs in the interim. - Beat the egg yolks with the 100g of sugar in a another bowl until they become creamy.
- Mix thoroughly after gradually adding 20g of cornstarch to the yolk mixture.
