Clean and Sugar Free Banana Walnut Cookies

- : One cup of walnuts
- Two fully ripe bananas
- Juice from lemons (optional)
- Ginger is optional.
- Peel of tangerines (optional)

Guidelines:
- Set the oven temperature to 190°C (380°F).
- One cup of walnuts should be added to a food processor and processed until they become crumbly and gritty.
- In a mixing bowl, mash two ripe bananas until smooth and creamy. If you would like more taste, you may add a small amount of lemon juice.
- To improve the flavor, feel free to add extra ingredients like a bit of ginger, tangerine peel, or a sprinkle of cinnamon.
- In the mixing bowl, combine the mashed bananas and the mixed walnuts; stir until a thick cookie dough forms. Use parchment paper to line a baking sheet.
- Spoonful of the cookie dough should be dropped onto the parchment paper, forming them into pieces the size of cookies.
- Bake for about 35 minutes, or until the cookies are golden brown, in the preheated oven.
