Surprise No-Bake Tangerine Chocolate Dessert
Components:
- For the Layer of Tangerine:
- Agar agar, 14g (0.5 ounce)
- 60g (2.1 oz) of sugar
- One liter (34 fl oz) of milk
- Five oranges
Regarding the Layer of Chocolate:
- 150ml (5.1 fl oz) of milk
- 130g (4.6 oz) of dark chocolate
- 40 grams (1.4 ounces) of sugar
- Agar agar (8 g; 0.3 ounce).
- 25g (0.9 oz) of cocoa
Regarding the beverage:
- Nutella, 25g (0.9 oz)
- Coffee in 100ml (3.4 fl oz)
- 300ml (10 fl oz) of milk
Guidelines:
Layer of Tangerine:
- After peeling, cut the tangerines into pieces.
- In a saucepan over low heat, dissolve the agar agar and sugar; stir constantly until the mixture thickens.
- Transfer the milk mixture into molds or serving glasses.
Top with tangerine segments and chill until solid.
Layer of Chocolate:
- Mix the milk, sugar, cocoa, agar agar, and dark chocolate in a separate pot.
- Warmth and whisk until the mixture thickens and everything has melted.
- Pour this chocolate layer gently on top of the tangerine layer that has hardened.
- Put it in the fridge to solidify.
Sip:
- Put the milk, coffee, and Nutella in a saucepan. Stir and heat until thoroughly combined.
- Fill mugs with the Nutella coffee.
