- 210g container Stir-fried Sweet and Tender Combine
- ½ teaspoon of sesame oil
- One tablespoon dark soy sauce
- Pack of fresh medium egg noodles, 275g
instructions
- After trimming, cut the steaks against the grain into 0.5-cm slices at an angle. Spread each piece even thinner on the chopping board with the back of your knife. Move to a medium-sized bowl and mix in the light soy sauce, Shaoxing rice wine, garlic, ginger, and a touch of salt.
- One tablespoon water, sugar, and crushed pepper. At least 30 minutes should be chilled (preferably two hours, but up to 24 hours ahead).
- Place the marinated meat, rack-free, in the air fryer basket. After tossing with the vegetable oil, air fried at 200 degrees Celsius for 6 to 8 minutes, stirring once, or until the food is soft and cooked through with a crispy crust. After adding the stir-fry mix, sesame oil, and dark soy sauce, air-fry the vegetables for an additional three minutes, or until they are soft.
- Add the noodles and simmer for an additional two minutes. Serve right away.
