How to Prepare Air Fryer Stir-Fried Beef Ramen:

First, preheat.
First, preheat the air fryer to 380 degrees Fahrenheit (193 degrees Celsius) for five minutes. That air fryer needs to be hot!

Step 2: Prepare the Ramen
Cook the ramen per package instructions while the air fryer is heating up, but do not add the seasoning packets.

Step 3: Make ground beef.

  • Fill the air fryer basket with the ground meat now. Remove the detachable tray, if you have one (see notes). Cook over air at 380°F, or 193°C.
  • degrees C for four to five minutes, rotating the meat halfway through to ensure equal cooking.

Step 4: Include sauce

  • Next, combine the ground beef meat with the sauce ingredients: peanut butter, hoisin sauce, sriracha sauce, soy sauce, ground ginger, and minced garlic.
  • Stir to mix everything together.
  • Everything should be cooked for three to six minutes at 380 degrees Fahrenheit (193 degrees Celsius), or until the meat is tender and fragrant to your taste. Halfway through cooking, stir the meat to further break it up.

Step 5: Include the noodles

  • Toss in 3–4 tablespoons of ramen water with the pork. Add one or two more minutes of air fry time.
  • Take out and savor alongside ramen noodles.

Notes for Air Fryer Stir-Fry Beef Ramen:

No-Peanut Substitute:

  • Steer clear of peanut butter. Even without the hoisin sauce, this dish is still delicious.
  • Meat can be cooked right in the air fryer basket if your model is basket-style and does not have a detachable tray.
  • Alternatively, to help contain the meat a bit more and prevent any drippings, you can line the basket with tin foil. Just be sure to cook everything all the way through.
  • If using a tin foil-lined cooking basket, attempt to get rid of any extra fat before adding the sauce ingredients.
