AIR FRYER CAJUN CHICKEN THIGHS

 

Three ingredients in less than 30 minutes: The entire recipe may be prepared in less than 30 minutes with just three components.

Ingredients:

  1. One pound of bone-in, skin-on chicken thighs
  2. one tablespoon of Cajun spice
  3. Two tablespoons of olive or avocado oil
  4. Lemon Juice and coriander for garnishing

Guidelines

  1. Using a paper towel, pat the chicken dry.
  2. Place the chicken in a big dish or ziploc bag along with the oil and cajun seasoning. Next, evenly distribute the oil and seasoning over the chicken.
  3. Place the chicken, skin side down, in the air fryer’s cooking basket.
  4. Air Bake the chicken thighs for 11 to 12 minutes on each side at 400 degrees.

  • Give the meat room in the cooking pot so that air may circulate and contribute to a crispy, even, and juicy finish.
  • Season the chicken with Cajun spice to taste; seasoning may easily be added after cooking. So go ahead and set aside some of the suggested Cajun seasoning for the end.
  • The recipe for boneless cajun chicken thighs is the same as that for bone-in cajun chicken thighs, so adjust the cook time accordingly. Since boneless chicken cooks more quickly, you must alter the cook time. You should allow the meat to cook for a further 8 to 10 minutes after flipping it.
