Air Fryer Cheesecake Bars

Air Fryer Cheesecake Bars

Do you enjoy cheesecake? What if you could enjoy traditional cheesecake’s creamy, delectable flavor without having to put in the time and effort to make it? You can now, though! Easy to prepare, Air Fryer Cheesecake Bars are a delicious bite-sized treat.

They have a deliciously crunchy outside layer and a rich inside layer, and they just need a small amount of hands-on time and ingredients. These bars will truly wow you, so prepare your air fryer for some incredible handmade delight!

Notes on the Recipe:

  • No other cookie can compare to the richness that the Oreos impart to the crust! It is the best feature of the cookie bars, in my opinion!
  • This recipe’s adaptability is what I adore about it. You can use any Oreo flavor and vary the flavor of the cheesecake filling.
  • Not only does the white chocolate taste great, but the Oreo flavor does too. This dish is a hit, especially when paired with the smooth cheesecake.
  • This recipe works great in an air fryer oven or an oven with an air fryer option. I have also made it in a 9×9 pan with the same cooking time.

Components

  1. Twenty Golden Oreos, divided; three tablespoons salted and melted butter
  2. Eight ounces of room temperature cream cheese
  3. 1/3 cup of sugar, granulated
  4. one-third cup sour cream
  5. One big egg
  6. One-tspn pure vanilla extract
  7. half a cup of chocolate chips, white
  8. 1/4 cup melted white chocolate melting wafers, optional for garnish

Guidelines

  • Set the oven’s temperature to 350°F. Put parchment paper inside an 8×8 baking dish and set it aside.
  • 12 Oreos should be put in a food processor and turned into crumbs. Once the crumbs are coated, drizzle in the butter and pulse a couple more times. Fill the baking dish with the mixture, pressing it firmly in. After 3–5 minutes of air frying at 320 degrees Fahrenheit, remove and allow to cool while preparing the filling.
  • In the food processor, combine the cream cheese, sugar, sour cream, egg, and vanilla. The food processor does not need to be cleaned in between the crust and filling recipes. Pulse until creamy and well mixed. To ensure fair distribution, add the white chocolate chips and pulse a few times.
  • Even out the top of the crust by pouring this mixture over it. Bake at 300 degrees for 15 to 18 minutes, or until the cheesecake is just barely set in the middle.
  • Roughly cut the remaining 8 Oreos while the bars are air-frying. Once the cooking process is complete, place the leftover Oreos on top and gently press them into the cheesecake. After allowing it to cool completely on the counter, cover it with plastic wrap. Come on in.until set, at least three hours in the refrigerator.
  • Slice into bars and cover with melted white chocolate wafers, if desired; serve right away after allowing the white chocolate to solidify for about 15 minutes.
