Air Fryer Copycat Olive Garden Chocolate Lasagna

Components

  1. One box of brownie mix
  2. Employ the brownie mix ingredients listed on the package.
  3. Two big eggs
  4. Cream Cheese 8 ounces of cream cheese for frosting
  5. 3/4 cup unsalted butter
  6. One-tspn pure vanilla extract
  7. One spoonful of heavy cream
  8. Four cups of powdered sugar

Ganache:

  1. one-third cup heavy-fat
  2. Two ounces of chocolate, semisweet
  3. Add shavings and 1/8 cup chocolate as garnish.

Guidelines

  • Combine the brownie mix ingredients and add the additional two eggs.
  • Pour the brownie batter onto a baking sheet that has been sprayed with cooking spray.
  • Using a rubber spatula, spread evenly, and air fry at 320 degrees for 10 to 15 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the brownie comes out clean.
  • After removing the brownies from the air fryer, allow them to cool fully.
  • Filling: Beat together the cream cheese and butter in a mixing basin while the brownies are baking.
  • Incorporate one cup of powdered sugar and process until smooth.
  • Add the heavy cream and vanilla extract and stir until well combined.
  • Add the remaining powdered sugar gradually, beating in between each addition.
  • To assemble, cut the large brownie slap into thirds using a sharp knife.
  • Line a sheet of parchment paper with the first layer.
  • Apply a generous layer of cream cheese frosting over the entire layer.
  • After adding a layer of cream cheese frosting, place the subsequent layer on top.
  • Lastly, cover with the last and top layers of cream cheese frosting, and refrigerate.

Ganache:

  • Heat the heavy cream for the ganache in a small pot.
  • Put the semisweet chocolate in a bowl that can withstand heat.
  • Pour the hot heavy cream over the chocolate as soon as it starts to boil.
  • Mix until the chocolate is fully melted, whisking occasionally.
  • Top the layered chocolate lasagna with a layer of this ganache.
  • Garnish, if preferred, with some chocolate shavings.
