- 1/2 ounce of dry, active yeast
- Warm water, 110 to 115 degrees Fahrenheit, 1 1/3 cup split

- 1/3 cup of sugar, granulated
- two and a third cups shortening
- Two big eggs
- two tsp salt
- Six cups of all-purpose flour
- Melt 3 tablespoons of butter and garnish with fresh herbs.
Guidelines
- The years should first be dissolved in ⅔ cup of heated water. Next, add the mashed potatoes (make sure they’re heated), sugar, shortening, and eggs to another bowl. the remaining water and the salt.
- Once you have a dough, add the yeast mixture and then gradually add the flour.
- After putting the dough in an oiled basin, cover it with a kitchen towel and let it double in size, which should take approximately an hour.
- Your dough should be formed into 1- to 2-inch balls. Put into a cast-iron pan or ovenproof dish that has been oiled.
- Once again, cover with a kitchen towel and let rise until doubled, 30 to 50 minutes more.
- Put the rolls in the air fryer and cook for 15 to 20 minutes at 320 degrees Fahrenheit.
- Just before serving, remove and brush with melted butter and fresh herbs.
