Air Fryer Lobster Tails with Lemon-Garlic Butter

Air Fryer Lobster Tails with Lemon-Garlic Butter

Air-fried lobster tails make sophisticated, at-home dinner for two. They are tender and flavorful when cooked. Delectable served with parsley and lemony garlic butter.

Ingredients:

  1. lobster tails (4 ounces)
  2. four tsp of butter
  3. one tsp lemon zest
  4. one grated garlic clove
  5. To taste, add salt and ground black pepper.
  6. One tsp finely chopped, fresh parsley
  7. two lemon wedges

Directions

  • Heat an air fryer to 380 degrees Fahrenheit, or 195 degrees Celsius.
  • Use kitchen shears to make a longitudinal incision through the center of the hard top shells and meat to create butterfly lobster tails. Make incisions up to but not through the shells’ bottoms. Split the tail parts apart. Place the tails, lobster meat side up, in the air fryer basket.
  • In a small saucepan set over medium heat, melt butter. Add the garlic and lemon zest, and cook for 30 seconds or until the garlic becomes aromatic.
  • Spoon 2 tablespoons of the butter mixture onto the lobster tails after transferring it to a small bowl. To prevent contamination from raw lobster, discard any leftover brushed butter. Use salt and pepper to season lobster.
  • Cook the lobster meat in the heated air fryer for five to seven minutes, or until it is opaque.
  • Drizzle the lobster meat with the saucepan’s reserved butter. Serve with lemon wedges and sprinkle parsley over top.
