- Wipe The Flatbread: To achieve crispiness, lightly brush the dough with olive oil before adding your toppings.
- Add the preferred toppings to your flatbread, such as cheese, sauce, and meats or vegetables.
- Try a variety of toppings and combos to make a tasty, customized flatbread pizza each and every time! Just keep an eye on the cooking process at all times, and when the pizzas are done, carefully take them from the air fryer.
Components
- Two Naan Bread slices
- two tablespoons of minced garlic
- Two tsp olive oil
- Six pieces Raw Mozzarella Cheese
- One tomato, cut thinly
- 1/4 cup finely chopped fresh basil, salt, and pepper to taste.
Guidelines
- Combine the olive oil and minced garlic in a small bowl.
- Drizzle the Naan bread with the olive oil and garlic.
- You only want to lightly toast the bread, so place it in the air fryer oven or basket and air fry it for three minutes at 400 degrees.
- Next, top the bread with pieces of fresh mozzarella and fresh tomatoes.I sprinkled some chopped basil over the cheese.
- Place it back in the oven or basket of the air fryer and broil for three minutes, or until the cheese begins to melt. (Other air fryers use 400 degrees Fahrenheit for around three minutes.)
- Arrange, present, and savor.
