Air Fryer Pancakes

INGREDIENTS
- 1 tablespoon all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 2 teaspoons sugar
- salt
- 1 egg
- 1 tsp melted butter
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
DIRECTIONS
- Using parchment paper, line a 6-inch baking sheet that fits into the air fryer.
- For 3–4 minutes, preheat the air fryer to 390 degrees Fahrenheit.
- Combine the all-purpose flour, baking powder, sugar, and salt in a sizable bowl.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together the egg, buttermilk, melted butter, and vanilla essence.
- Combine the dry ingredients with the wet ones, then Stir until well blended. Avoid overmixing.
- Fill the baking pan with the pancake batter. The pancake is air-fried for five minutes. The pancake should be cooked after three to four minutes of airfrying. The top should feel springy to the touch and not be damp.
- After transferring it to a plate, cut the pancake in half. Serve with strawberries and syrup.
NOTES: This recipe makes two servings, but it is easily doubled for more.
