INGREDIENTS

  1.  1 tablespoon all-purpose flour
  2. 1 teaspoon baking powder
  3. 2 teaspoons sugar
  4. salt
  5. 1 egg
  6. 1 tsp melted butter
  7. 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

DIRECTIONS

  •  Using parchment paper, line a 6-inch baking sheet that fits into the air fryer.
  • For 3–4 minutes, preheat the air fryer to 390 degrees Fahrenheit.
  • Combine the all-purpose flour, baking powder, sugar, and salt in a sizable bowl.
  • In a separate bowl, whisk together the egg, buttermilk, melted butter, and vanilla essence.
  • Combine the dry ingredients with the wet ones, then Stir until well blended. Avoid overmixing.
  • Fill the baking pan with the pancake batter. The pancake is air-fried for five minutes. The pancake should be cooked after three to four minutes of airfrying. The top should feel springy to the touch and not be damp.
