Ingredients

  1. 4 thick 1 inch Lamb chops
  2. 4 tbsp brown sugar, packed
  3. 4 tbsp butter
  4. 1 tbsp soy sauce
  5. 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce

  2. In a large bake oiled oven pan, lay your chops.
  3. Add one tbsp of brown sugar on each piece of meat.
  4. Next add a square tbsp of butter on each Lamb chop as well.
  5. Lastly, drizzle both the soy and Worcestershire sauce over.
  6. Using tinfoil, cover the pork chops and bake for 40 mins in the oven.
  7. After 40 minutes is up, remove the tinfoil and continue to bake for 20 minutes.
    Lamb chops will be golden brown!
