Ingredients:
- 500 ml Milk
- 2 Eggs
- 125 ml Water
- 2 tsp Salt
- 220 g Flour
- Vegetable oil for frying
- 500 g Minced meat
- 1 Onion
- 1/2 Bell pepper
- 2 cloves Garlic
- 1 tsp Oregano
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 2 tbsp Tomato paste
Instructions:
- For the crepes, combine milk, eggs, water, salt, and flour.
- Deep-fry crepes using oil. Put aside.
- Minced beef, onion, garlic, bell pepper, oregano, salt, and pepper should all be sautéed.
- Tomato paste is added. Simmer until the mixture is thick.
- Prepare the sauce: Add milk, nutmeg, flour, and salt to melted butter.
- Place the meat mixture and crepes in layers, then top with cheese and sauce.
- Layers should be repeated.
- Bake for 20 minutes at 190°C.
