Easy Air-Fryer Garlic Knots

A few minutes down the road from where I grew up was an incredible pizza business. Every day I drove past it on my way to school, and I was really fond of it.

Every Wednesday night, we headed there to pick up pizza. For the most part, it was just cheese pizza. But as we grew older and more ravenous, my brother and I began to eat salads, stuffed shells, or garlic knots in addition to pizza.

Sincerely, I’ve always thought that the garlic knots were the best. It was a great treat because it was one of the few fried meals we ate as children. They were drenched in salty butter, crispy, and incredibly garlicky. Although they were wonderful, these weren’t at all healthy. They truly were a unique delight.

In the present, I have not discovered a garlic-knot spot that I enjoy as much as the one next to my childhood home. I decided to try preparing them myself in the air fryer because it’s a more healthier choice. a try

INGREDIENTS

  1. Spray with olive oil
  2. One cup of flour for all purposes
  3. One-third tsp kosher salt
  4. two tsp powdered baking
  5. 1 cup Greek yogurt without added fat, drained of any extra liquid
  6. two tsp of butter
  7. three chopped garlic cloves
  8. One tablespoon of grated Parmesan cheese
  9. 1 tablespoon freshly chopped fresh parsley

DIRECTIONS

  1. Line a baking tray with parchment paper and preheat the air fryer to 325 degrees Fahrenheit.
  • Mix the flour, baking powder, and salt together in a sizable bowl. Using a spoon, stir in the yogurt until
  • integrated. Then, knead the mixture about 15 times with dry hands. You can add a bit more flour if it’s too sticky. Form a ball.
  • Cut the dough into eight equal pieces, then roll each into nine-inch-long, worm-like strips. Form a “knot-like” ball out of each breadstick and arrange it on the baking sheet that has been prepared. Drizzle some olive oil over the top.
  • Cook in batches for 11–12 minutes in the oven. Give them five minutes to cool.In the meantime, melt the butter in a medium nonstick skillet, add the garlic, and sauté for two minutes, or until golden.
  • Combine the melted butter and garlic with the knots in the skillet, or brush the knots with the garlic mixture. Give the knots another spray if they become too dry.from olive oil. Add chopped parsley and parmesan cheese on top. Have fun
