Eggless Yogurt Donuts Recipe
I made these egg-free fluffy donuts out of a craving once!
Ingredients:
- 800g of flour, grade 00
- 400 milliliters of somewhat heated water
- 125g of plain yogurt and 50g of sugar
- 30 grams of butter
- Half a teaspoon of salt
- 8g of dried yeast or 24g of fresh yeast
- Peel a lemon
- Caster sugar
- oil for deep-frying
Guidelines:
- Combine yeast, sugar, salt, and flour.
- Stir in yogurt, melted butter, and warm water.
- Work into a silky dough it an hour to rise.
- Roll out the dough, cut the donuts, and give them a 20-minute rest.
- Fry till golden brown in corn oil.
- Sprinkle with the lemon peel and caster sugar.
- Enjoy these delicious vegan donuts!
