Moroccan Chicken Air Fryer for 15 Minutes

Moroccan Chicken Air Fryer for 15 Minutes Let me start this recipe by stating that it is simply my interpretation of an air fryer recipe for Moroccan chicken. I just utilised Moroccan spices to produce a flavour that would be similar to something you may find in Morocco in order to develop this dish, and voila! Air fryer Moroccan chicken was born.

This chicken went incredibly nicely with some sweet corn that we ate with it. However, my initial instinct was to slice it up and use it in a sandwich, but I ran out of bread.

Instructions For Moroccan Chicken Air Fryer for 15 Minutes:

  1. After cleaning, cut the chicken into smaller pieces. I maintained mine at three inches wide and five inches thick. The purpose of chopping the chicken pieces this way was to try and shorten the cooking time, however you can use any size chicken piece.
  2. Combine the chicken, olive oil, and all of the spices in a bowl. Coat the chicken equally with all the spices by mixing them together.
  3. In the air fryer, cook in batches for 12 minutes at 375F.

Notes For Recipe:

  • You will need to modify the cooking time if you use larger chicken breasts.
